Council for World Mission - Thirty Years of Partnership Saturday 6th December, 2:00pm until 4:30pm Christchurch and Upton Chapel, - Kennington Road, Lambeth, London, SE1 7QP (Council for World Mission)
The South East Area of the Congregational Federation and the Thames North Synod and Southern Synod of the United Reformed Church are celebrating 30 years of partnership with Churches around the world through the Council for World Mission.
As this is during Advent, worship will include a focus on the Christingle in our global situation. The ribbon in different colours will feature the Environment and Climate, Change, Justice and Peace and other issues. All of these affect our Churches especially those in developing areas of the world.Please encourage members and friends to be there. Refreshments will be available so it would be good to know how many people might be coming.
